Cooking Method
Egg Pie
Pan fried the pie until both sides are golden. Add beaten egg and diced green onion in frying pan. Then put the cooked pie on the top. Wait until the egg cooked.
Finger Pie
Pan fried the pie until golden crispy and serve warm. Use chopsticks, fork or finger to pick up the pie from the center, and swirl to break it into smaller pieces.
Salted Pie
Add 2 tea spoons oil into flat-pan and 2 tea spoon oil on the pie. Ery the pie by medium heat to pan fry till both sides become golden brown. It can serce with sauce.
